Who will this house appeal to?
show/hide textIf you appreciate the fine architecture and interior design of the “Golden Twenties”, you’re in the right place. The Horseshoe Estate was built in Berlin Modernist style. It is a pleasant, stimulating place to stay for design enthuisiasts looking for something special. Moreover, the subway link is excellent for reaching all the attractions in the city centre or attend one of the various events in Berlin. Suitable for up to four guests, Taut’s Home has been awarded with the Europa Nostra Award 2013 and is listed on Iconic Houses.org, a high-profile selection of international landmarks from the classical modern era. The house received great feedback by guests and media and it is well situated for exploring a wide range of tourist and cultural offerings including the city’s other World Heritage estates. Northern Neukölln and Kreuzberg, which are especially popular with young Berliners, are only a few U-Bahn stations away. To help you get started, we have compiled a reference library of guide books and places to go. To deepen your experience we also offer guided tours through the estate and cooperate with the My Plus One network.
