Rental rates, offers and conditions

Basic prices are calculated for 2 persons each. The maximum number of guests is 4 people. Rates are scaled according to season, weekday and number of guests. All prices include Berlin City Tax and German VAT.

Main season (Apr-Oct)

  • Minimal rental period: 3 nights
  • Basic rate Sun-Tue: €180€ per night
  • Basic rate Thu-Sun: €220€ per night
  • Weekly flat rate: €1,200 per week
  • Monthly flat rate: €4,200 per month
  • Supplement 2nd bed: +€30 (per night/p.)
  • Final cleaning (same for all packages): +€120

Winter season (Nov-Mar)

  • Minimal rental period: 7 nights
  • Weekly flat rate: €1,200 per week
  • Monthly flat rate: €4,200 per month
